What is Assisted Living?
The concept of Assisted Living is to provide a home-like living environment for people who may need a little help with everyday needs on a 24-hour basis.
Everything that you would expect in your own home is provided as basic services in addition a Customized Care Program is designed to meet the specific needs of each resident.
Our pricing is Flat Rate based on a simple Level of Care system according to Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Memory Care Programs.
The Level of Care is generally relative to the degree of physical needs of a resident and/or the need for a secured Memory Care environment.
All community services and the Customized Care Program (based on Level of Care) are included on one Flat Rate. No Move-In Fees. No Hidden Costs. The only Optional Services not included are Beauty/Barber Shop services and a Private Telephone.
